Order processing can typically take 1-5 business days (not including holidays or weekends) to be completed. Any order placed on a weekend or holiday will begin processing on the next available business day. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed with us at any time. Such occurrences will result in a refund in the form of the original payment.
Your item(s) will be shipped once all processing has been completed. Shipping timeframes depend on the method chosen during checkout and apply to the Continental 48 states. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please note that orders shipping to rural areas, Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses can have varying delivery times, but orders will typically be received within 1-3 weeks. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be made available as soon as your order is shipped. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping is available outside of the U.S. Delivery times and shipping costs will depend on location. Please contact us for all international orders.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event that an item is damaged/defective, an exchange will be granted for the same item. A request for an exchange must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. Exchanges requested after 7 days will not be granted. Returned items must be in their original condition. We will not accept items that have been used or altered in any way.
